He has a passion for farming and controls the finances and day to day running of the farm. He is currently Managing Director of OAU Integrated Farms Limited, a N10 billion agricultural project of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.

She also runs Violette and Olives Events Company – a catering and events decorations company & director in other business concerns. Her work career features an ample array of work experience with local and international organisations including UAC Foods, Ferostal Construction, Continental Finance and NLNG.
She is responsible for the activities of Strasscorp in government departments.
She also mentors and inspire young women who aspire to make a mark in their fields of interest.
An Engineer and Public Administrator, a civil/structural engineer with 38 years post-graduation experience in design and construction fields. Design and supervision of a wide spectrum of engineering projects for the public and private sectors in Nigeria.
With over 20 years’ experience in the banking, finance and capital markets, Charles Ojo is a thoroughbred banker with strong competencies in corporate restructuring, infrastructure financing, project finance, equity raising and Issuance of Fixed Income Instruments.
Charles was a key member of the team that built Sterling Capital Markets Limited, into a leading Investment Banking institution in Nigeria. Mandates handled by him while in Sterling cut across various sectors of the economy e.g. manufacturing, banking and insurance.
He has played a strategic role on a number of crucial transactions including being a vital part of the team of Joint Financial Advisers/Issuing Houses to the Lagos State Government’s N275 Billion Bond Issuance Programme; successfully ensuring that Lagos is the only State in Nigeria to have raised N57 Billion through a Bond Issuance Programme by way of a book build without an Irrevocable Standing Payment Order (ISPO) or any underwriting commitment.
Charles was also a strategic member of the Financial Advisory Team that proffered financial options and solutions to the Lagos State Government on its $1.1 billion Light Rail Project.
In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Charles is an alumnus of various leading global professional training institutions, including the International Faculty of Finance (UK), New York Institute of Finance (USA) , Lagos Business School (Nigeria), Euromoney (UK) and Thomson Consulting (UK).
He is a management consultant with experience on large-scale business transformation projects. He has held multiple advisory roles with KPMG LLP and Accenture PLC for clients in the public sector, communications, media and technology industry.
He started his professional career as an engineer in the upstream energy sector of Shell Canada Limited, the Canadian subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell PLC working on heavy oil assets in the Alberta region and a variety of capital infrastructure projects in the National Capital Region of Canada.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa, a Masters Certificate in Project Management and a post-graduate certificate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

He has been engaged in execution of significant multidisciplinary construction projects (High Rise, Power Plants, Oil and Gas). Has a track record of fast-tracking projects during pre-construction, construction and post construction stages for many multinational as well as international clients.
